We recently completed a renovation of converting two small rooms, that had stormwater flood damage in the Feb rains, into a master and ensuite and an adjoining walkthrough rumpus/study. It had originally been a single garage. This was supervised and done by local builder Paul from Sandgate Home Services. Paul was great to deal with. He's friendly, open with communication and tries his best to minimise costs. He fit us in around his other jobs over a few months (we didn't have a deadline, which worked in our favour, to be able to get quotes/availability of other trades etc). Paul used other local tradies who were also great at their jobs too. We are so happy with the results. Thank you.

Paul’s negotiation skills with the agent were exceptional, and he conducted all dealings with the utmost integrity, ultimately helping us secure the property.
